These terms cover haircuts and beard services provided by House Barber (Abde) at the client's home, hotel or office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Booking an appointment
A booking is confirmed only when I reply to your message. The form on this website simply opens WhatsApp with your request written out.
You pick the day and your preferred time. The times offered are the hours I work, and I confirm the exact slot.
Please give a full address: building or villa, apartment or room number, and any gate or parking instructions.
What I need at your place
A power socket, a chair and about two square metres of space, ideally with good light.
I bring clippers, towels and sanitised tools, a new razor blade for every client, and disposable capes and neck strips.
I clear up the hair before I leave.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on this website in UAE dirhams (AED), per person, and include travel anywhere in Dubai.
Payment is due at the end of the service, in cash or by bank transfer.
Prices can change. The price that applies is the one I confirm when you book.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 3 hours before it starts.
If plans change later than that, please message me as soon as you can.
If I cannot make it, I will tell you as early as possible and offer another slot.
Health and safety
Please tell me before we start about any skin condition, allergy or recent treatment that could be affected. If you feel unwell on the day, it is better to move the appointment.
Photos
I sometimes ask to photograph a finished cut for this website and for Instagram. Photos are taken and published only with your permission, and you can ask me to remove one at any time.
Responsibility
I work carefully and bring my own equipment. I am responsible for damage caused by my own fault. I am not responsible for things outside my control, such as building access, power cuts or delays caused by traffic, though I will always tell you as soon as I know.
